This is head turning injury occurred during a sporting clays competition. The owner was shooting an inexpensive 12-gauge over/under and about halfway through the match felt something very bad happen in his shoulder and upper arm.
He came out with a torn upper pectoral, torn upper bicep and mangled rotator cuff. Not to mention the purple blood underneath the skin.
How do you hold your shotgun? Do you keep your elbow high or low? Have you ever had an injury like this?
